We went to Utah for Thanksgiving this year and spent the holiday with the Perkins family at Grandma and Grandpa's house.
We drove down on Thursday morning, arriving before the meal. All my Utah siblings were there except for Tawna, who was celebrating with Bryce's family. We had a yummy late lunch together with lots of good food. Afterward, Grandma got us to play Thanksgiving Bingo, which was a first! We had so much fun playing for 3 prizes: money, a prize from the prize table, or a hug from Grandma! We had a good time with our family!

One of the highlights of the day was when Jonah and Micah unknowingly both called us at almost exactly the same time, which was completely unplanned! Micah called on my phone, and a few seconds later, Jonah called Josh on his phone! We passed both phones around the table so the extended family got to talk to both boys individually, and then we turned the phones toward each other so they could see each other, too! It made my heart so happy to see them on Thanksgiving!!
Josh, Kanyon, and I stayed on Friday. We went out to dinner with Grandma and Grandpa that evening at the Black Bear Cafe, and drove around looking for animated Christmas light displays, but couldn't find any because it was too early in the season. We played games with Grandma and Grandpa, and Kanyon helped Grandma put up their Christmas tree.

We drove back to Salmon on Saturday morning. As we were leaving the Cache Valley, we stopped for gas and Josh ran into his buddy Matt Groll which was a fun coincidence!
