When the weather is hotter, go to a family reunion with water!

Josh's cousins that live in Stanley hosted a Rex Tolman family reunion on Saturday August 18 held at the May Family Ranch. I'd never been there before; it was a fun venue! We had a nice pavilion, there was an indoor kitchen and bathroom area, a big grassy area for games, playground equipment, and a fun waterslide.

Josh and I drove with the 3 younger boys (Ammon went to college 2 days prior to the reunion). We arrived just in time for lunch. All of Rex and Beth's living children came, which was nice! After lunch, our boys played yard games with cousin Rachel's girls who had come up from Boise. They played some corn hole, and a game called KOOB that cousin Erick brought. They really liked that! When they got tired of that, they started sliding on the waterslide, which provided HOURS of entertainment! Just about the time Kanyon was getting tired of sliding, Josh's sister Tiffany showed up with her youngest children, and Kanyon got going on it all over again! We ate dinner together that evening, and played some board games afterward until it was time to leave.

We had such an enjoyable day with Josh's extended family! It was very relaxing, the conversation was great, and the kids had a fun time! It was nice to catch up with everyone! We were very grateful for Weaton's initiative to host the reunion this summer!
